By Allison Halliday | August 11, 2011

20 Pine The Collection and 75 Wall Street, two premier residential buildings in the Financial District have collaborated to host an open house event exclusively for brokers. The event was held yesterday allowing attendees to tour the elegant homes at each development.

Deborah DeMaria of Warburg Marketing Group, 20 Pine's exclusive sales and marketing firm had this to say about the event.

"This is an inspiring and unusual event for brokers all around New York City. They'll have the opportunity to visit open house tours in two of the city's finest condominiums."

20 Pine is in the final phase of its sales program, with just 25 residences remaining, and the evening's tour began here before moving onto 75 Wall Street. Brokers were able to see first-hand the architectural details, with some dating back to 1928, and which make this building so attractive to luxury buyers. The brokers were able to see residences 2503, 3104 and Penthouse 12 while enjoying light hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. The homes were staged by designer Christopher Crawford who founded the fashion label, Company of We and Cue.

This development is one of the most sought-after residential buildings in New York City, which is no doubt due to its high-end amenities which include a fitness centre, palatial pool pavilion and relaxing Turkish steam bath, not to mention its location within the Financial District.

The Financial District was once a ghost town after hours, but is quickly becoming one of the most sought after addresses in Manhattan. In the last few years it has been transformed into a busy and family friendly neighbourhood with the addition of new residential buildings such as 75 Wall Street and 20 Pine, which in turn have attracted numerous shops and restaurants into the district.

Residences remaining in 20 Pine include a studio apartment and two-bedroom two bathroom homes, with prices starting from $925,000.
