Lake Homes Realty, in time for the hot housing market for lake properties, uses the power of analytics with never-before-collected data points to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions about buying or selling East Tennessee lake property.

In an effort to help buyers and sellers in the competitive spring housing market, Lake Homes Realty is utilizing a quarterly report consisting of recent and informative housing market data about Tennessee lake homes and land. “We have collected metrics on our lakes from multiple MLS sources, and this analysis can help our buyers and sellers make informed decisions with facts that have never been collected in one place before by any real estate firm,” noted Jim Williams, an e-PRO-designated agent at Lake Homes Realty.

As a 100% dedicated lake property sales firm, the Lake Homes Realty system tracks statistics on lake properties only (defined as lakefront, lake view or lake access). “A seller wants to know where the market is for potential buyers for his house or lot on Norris Lake, for example,” added Williams. “We can show who’s shopping Tennessee lake real estate by city across the top 10 metro areas in the country for each lake in our geography.
