Tim Maitski, the principal at Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, may just be America’s most vocal real estate professional. Searching over the Atlanta Google results for new entries this morning, we ran across several Georgia entities worth mentioning for one reason or another, and then we landed on Tim’s YouTube Channel. Read on, for a bit of a profile of professional capability.
Unfortunately for Tim, and the 20,000 people or so who visit the broker’s Atlanta Realty site (see Quantcast metrics above), Tim Maitski’s website sucks just about as bad as any we have profiled. Situated somewhere in the top 5 results on page one of the SERPs, the site could use some TLC. However, the professional behind the landing, the “brick and mortar” Realtor there, is a bit more interesting than the extreme awfulness of the site below. Tim Maitski’s expertise, and his best characteristic for conveying this, are revealed on video. But first take a look at real estate Hooterville style online.
Would we lie? You might find it interesting to find out, Tim Maitski is “wired” compared with most we have profiled across America. The aforementioned YouTubeChannel, Twitter (okay he is not convincing here), Facebook (slightly more committed), and about a dozen other blogs, sites, associations, etc., Maitski is a lot less than invisible on the web. Okay, we would have hammered him into digital Realtor particles here, it’s true, save for the brokers best saving grace – he can talk the ears off a billy-goat buyer or seller. Better still, if you listen, he knows his business. Check it out.
You see and hear what we mean, don’t you? Tim is both personable and informative – and yes, as long winded as the town drunk just when you need to get to the bread store. As I write this, I am taking note of all Tim’s contact points, just so we can let him know some things he could do to optimize and capitalize on his talents. Web design and digital engagement would be a decent start.
We leave the reader with a bit more from Tim’s YouTube Channel, a channel Tim should capitalize on by integrating all his efforts into a solid brand message.
