The new brokerage made its debut with more than 75 listings, including a $26.9 million private horse stable in the Grand Prix Village. Engel & Völkers also represents numerous private residences in the Wellington area that have a combined total value of more than $100 million. Properties in Wellington include high-end farms and stables and luxury homes designed to cater to those whose lives center on equestrian sports. The area attracts thousands of spectators every year who are keen to watch top riders complete for well-known trophies.

Sollak, who co-owns the new brokerage with Amy Carr, formerly of Westwind Realty, offered the following comments:

"Many of the international buyers in Wellington are coming from Europe and South America and include some of the best equestrian competitors, as well as owners of the sport’s top horses. Engel & Völkers is an international luxury brand offering specialized services and opportunities for all of my buyers and sellers. I look forward to expanding our services and to further meet the needs of my clients."

Amy Carr has an extensive knowledge of equestrian life which gives her a unique insight into buying and selling equestrian properties:

"We joined Engel & Völkers not only because of its commitment to higher standards in real estate services but because the brand represents a lifestyle shared by many in the Wellington community. We now have a great opportunity to reach an international audience for the properties in our market."

Engel & Völkers, an international real estate firm, is rapidly expanding within the top US real estate markets. The company currently operates in more than 34 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. Engel & Völkers has been introducing its distinct quality of service throughout the US, but especially in Florida, and it has offices in Miami, Naples, Clearwater and Key West.
