Château Group, a luxury private developer specializing in high-end residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the United States and South America, has announced that construction of the FENDI Château Residences project has “topped off”.
Situated at 9365 Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida, two blocks south of the renowned Bal Harbour Shops, FENDI Château Residences is an exclusive 12-storey waterfront condominium development that's slated for completion in June 2016. The development encompasses some 58 “exclusive flow-thru oceanfront residences and penthouses” that range in size from 3,300 sq.ft. To over 7,000 sq. ft., with prices starting at $6.5 million, up to $25 million.
According to Manuel Grosskopf, chairman and CEO of Château Group, the symbolic 'topping off' of FENDI Château Residences is a significant milestone as it means the world's first FENDI-branded condo takes shape along Miami's legendary waterfront. Grosskopf noted that the project is already 80 percent sold, which he says is proof “that today's buyer is paying close attention to location, amenities, services and the luxury branded lifestyle that FENDI Château Residences is providing."
A number of three bedroom units priced at $6.5 million remain on sale, together with several four bedroom residences priced at $7.5 million, and five bedroom condos starting at $12 million. In addition, Château Group said a two-story penthouse priced at $25 million also remains available – that property includes 7,000 sq.ft. of living space, together with close to 2,000 sq.ft. of expansive terraces, a rooftop pool, complete with panoramic views of the city and the bay. The penthouse offers five bedrooms and seven and a half bedrooms, and features an east-to-west “flow thru” layout.
Of the available homes, each corner residence features an outdoor summer kitchen on the oceanfront balcony, while all properties come with a FENDI Casa chef's kitchen with custom FENDI Casa cabinets and Gaggenau appliances. The residences also boast luxurious bathrooms sporting Italian marble and customized fixtures, plus staff quarters and laundry areas.
Services in the common areas include a private restaurant with full chef's kitchen, a lounge area with gourmet kitchen, business center, ballroom, library, kid's club, private cineman, fitness center, multiple beachfront pools with cabanas, reflective ponds, spas and Jacuzzis, plus a relaxation terrace with aromatherapy.
