By Allison Halliday | June 8, 2011

Cheryle  Clunes has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).

The CRS real estate award is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and this designation is awarded to less than 4% of realtors nationwide. It's only given to those realtors who have shown professional expertise in their knowledge of residential real estate, or those who have completed advanced courses.

Anyone choosing to buy or sell property through a CRS designee can be assured that they are working with a specialist who will use their expertise to help clients minimize costs and maximize profits.

Cheryle Clunes works for Oregon Realty Co. in Clackamas as a Principal Broker , and is also a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors. In addition she is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and has Accredited Buyer Representative Designation. She is also an e-PRO Internet Professional and is on the board for the Realtors Home Foundation. This organization helps people achieve home ownership.

They encourage their agents to take specialized training, and on-site management reviews every transaction to make sure it is exemplary. Although the company makes full use of the latest technology and marketing strategies, it never loses sight of the fact that real estate is a people oriented industry, and that property transactions are the most important financial decisions most people make.
