Christopher Dray of Moody Rambin’s Investment Services Group recently represented Commonplace, LLC in the sale of 2301 Yale Street. The 22,856 square-foot lot was purchased by Soho Homes, Inc.
The property is located at the southwest corner of 23rd Street and Yale Street in the Houston Heights. Soho Homes Inc. has plans to build a 10,000 square-foot office for their own use. The buyer was represented by Clay Ryan of Ryan's Real Estate Brokers.
Moody Rambin was established in 1969 and specializes in providing development, project leasing, disposition, tenant representation and consulting and management services to owners and tenants throughout the United States. The company is Houston's largest locally owned, full-service commercial management and real estate brokerage firm.
