Agents who have gained the right to display the ALHS logo have undergone extensive training to gain expertise in the luxury home market place. In order to be accepted into the Luxury Home Council, Kiesewetter was required to successfully complete the ALHS course as well as representing a buyer or seller in at least two transactions where the purchase price was more than twice the average sales price. It is also necessary for agents to be in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, and Kiesewetter has now joined an elite membership of top real estate agents throughout the United States.
