Louisville realtor Pam Ruckriegel celebrates a successful 2015

By Mike Wheatley | December 28, 2015

Louisville Real Estate Pros' agent Pam Ruckriegel has just celebrated one of the most successful years in her career as a real estate professional, having taken part in a whopping 49 transactions over the past year, assisting a total of 98 families to settle into their new homes.

Ruckriegel concluded what she described as a “whirlwind year” with ten closings since November.

“I’ve had such a great time connecting with new and past clients, and I’m so grateful they have chosen me as their Realtor,” Ruckriegel said in a statement. “I’ve been lucky to work with a lot of returning clients again this year as well! Buying or selling a home can be an emotional process; it’s something that impacts the entire family. When someone chooses me as their experienced real estate professional, I truly understand the trust they are placing in my hands.”

Ruckriegel said that 65 percent of her clients in the last year were buyers, while 35 percent where sellers.

However it's not just Ruckriegel but the entire Louisville Real Estate Pros brokerage that's overachieved in the past 12 months. Statistics show that the brokerage's averages are well above the regional average in Kentucky's real estate market. Single family residences across Louisville spent a total of 82 days on the market, yet in Ruckriegel's case, homes averaged just 31 days on the market before being sold.

According to Ruckriegel, her ten years plus working as a realtor in the are is what helped her to shift homes significantly faster than most others are able to do.

“My experience in the market has taught me that the right price is one of the most important factors when listing a home for sale,” Ruckriegel said. “Initial listing price is key to a quicker sale.”

Louisville Real Estate Pros also achieved a dizzying Sold/List ratio of 97 percent for the year, with only a three percent overall decrease on the sale price of homes versus the listing price. For Ruckriegel, her average listing price was $253,223, while her average sales price clocked in at $245,581, well above the state averages of $202,155 for listings and $196,219 for sales.

Despite her successful year, Ruckriegel has no plans to just rest on her laurels. Instead, she's aiming to do even better in 2016, and should get off to a solid start with multiple transaction closings already scheduled for January.
