The luxury condominium development, Marquis Residences in Miami, is now 70% sold. The 67 storey condominium is located at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard and is one of the most sought-after buildings in the district.

Alicia Cervera , of Cervera Real Estate, who are the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the condominium says “Reaching this remarkable milestone in a short amount of time is a testament to the uniqueness of Marquis Residences. Between the products that Marquis delivers and the efforts of the on-site sales team-along with technology advances, there was no doubt in my mind that we would reach impressive numbers with exceptional speed.”

One of those technological advances was the introduction of the custom-designed iPad Sage app, which enabled international clients to remotely tour specific homes, as the app gives a 3D generated a panoramic experience, second only to being in the building.

According to Lori Ordover, managing member of The Ordover Group, sales and marketing consultant for Africa-Israel USA, one purchaser recently bought his residence based solely upon the tour given by the Sage iPad app.

Around 60% of purchasers are foreign, with the majority being Brazilian. The residences are also popular with the French, Italians and Singaporeans, and international loans are easy through Americor Mortgages, with some buyers being able to close within 15 to 20 days. One of the major attractions of the Marquis Residences is the relatively small scale of the building which has just 292 units. Other nearby condominiums can have as many as 1,800 units in one development.
