Northeast Los Angeles Real Estate Specialist Tracy King Partners with Compass

Tracy King, a distinguished, top selling Northeast Los Angeles realtor, has teamed up with Compass, a new, surging and innovative tech-savvy brokerage. King, in her 27th year, represents both buyers and sellers, specializing in character homes in Mt. Washington, Eagle Rock and Glassell Park, as well as real estate in Highland Park and Pasadena and surrounding areas.

“Since Team Tracy has been on the cutting edge of utilizing technology to make the marketing, buying and selling of homes a simpler, more streamlined experience for buyers and sellers, it makes sense to partner with a company that is on the forefront of real estate technology,” stated Senior Partner and Marketing Coordinator Keely Myres. “This alliance is going to help us help our clients in a market where we already hold a tremendous advantage.”

Compass, which launched in 2013, has quickly become one of the largest and most successful boutique real estate brokerages with a presence in America’s most dynamic markets. The brainchild of two prominent tech industry innovators, Compass pairs a network of local real estate experts with their proprietary software and apps.

According to Jeff Maynard, Regional Vice President of the Pasadena region, Compass’s tech-focused approach was created with service-oriented and Internet-savvy agents like Tracy King in mind.

“Compass’s approach pairs region’s top talent with technology to make the search, buying and selling of real estate as smart and seamless as possible,” said Maynard. “The Tracy King team was already committed to the same goals and vision before they came aboard. It’s a good match where Tracy’s team, our team and the client will benefit from tremendously.”

King, who has been widely recognized with President’s Circle, Elite and Premier honors in the industry, has just completed her 26th year as a real estate agent.

Based in Eagle Rock, Team Tracy has specialized in homes in communities that comprise Northeast Los Angeles including Pasadena, Hermon, Garvanza, Eagle Rock and Glendale.

“We’re excited about this partnership,” states Myres. “We never want to rest on our laurels. We will always be seeking out new alliances, leading technologies and smarter ways of bringing value added benefits and high returns for our clients.”
