SaveOnFees Launches Online Service to Help Revolutionize Home Selling

By Allison Halliday | September 5, 2016

SaveOnFees inc., a California company, recently announced its initial launch in Orlando before revolutionizing the residential home selling experience nationwide.

The company recently completed its seed round of financing and is now due to launch its free online service for home sellers at the Orlando Home & Garden Show on September 9-11. This will be a new web and mobile app-based service that will enable home sellers to quickly and anonymously find their perfect real estate agent while being able to compare commission rates. The process will take as little as 60 seconds and is free, allowing home sellers to complete a simple online process and to receive customized proposals from full service real estate agents. Using this service, sellers will have the ability to compare agent information, proposals and commission rates, reducing the amount of time and effort required to find the perfect real estate agent while maximizing their savings. Once they have selected their preferred agent, the selling process can begin.

Save On Fees

Benoit Briere, co-founder and CEO of SaveOnFees said “We are disrupting the way home selling has been done for decades. By creating a true marketplace where qualified real estate agents compete for the opportunity to sell a home, SaveOnFees takes the uncertainty out of commission fees and finding the perfect agent.”

In order to provide sellers with the best opportunities, the company will work with all Realtors® including national brokerages and boutique agencies, providing sellers with a large variety and selection of agents to suit their individual needs. Briere went on to say “The value to real estate agents is also clear. SaveOnFees gives agents access to motivated sellers quickly and inexpensively.”

COO and co-founder Wayne Miller said “Much like Uber and Airbnb have done for their industries, SaveOnFees enables a paradigm shift focused on the needs of home sellers.”
