Since 2003, Suncadia has sold 1,357 home-sites and condos. Roger Beck, managing director of Suncadia, offered this comment on the very positive news:

“Last year we saw a shift in the real estate market. We’ve been having a great deal of success because buyers are looking for a second home – with a great community feel – that isn’t too far away. We have so much to offer, from sunny weather to award-winning golf to exceptional dining and spa treatments to outstanding programming and events, and we’re looking forward to building traditions with our new homeowners.”

Also according to the news, Suncadia just released new homesites in the Rope Rider, Nelson Preserve and Tumble Creek neighborhoods of their development. These, prices under $100,000, are picturesque family homesites targeting that scenic mountain retreat clients dream of. Studio and other condo additions were also announced.
