CoreLogic: 37,000 foreclosures completed in October



CoreLogic today released its October 2015 National Foreclosure Report, which shows the foreclosure inventory declined by 21.5 percent and completed foreclosures declined by 27.1 percent compared with October 2014.

U.S. foreclosures fall to lowest level in 10 years



The number of foreclosures in the U.S. has dropped to its lowest level in almost ten years, according to new data from analyst firm RealtyTrac.

Shadow Inventories Disappearing Fast



For the past three years, the shadow inventory has declined year-over-year and posted double-digit declines for the past 16 consecutive months as the housing market continues to heal.

RealtyTrac Reports Foreclosure Filings Down Again



The number of foreclosures filed during the first quarter of 2012 has dropped by 2% on the previous quarter, and by 16% from the same period 12 months ago, according to a new report just released by Realty Trac.
