Singles View Home Ownership as Key Investment



Seventy-five percent of single home owners ages 25 to 50 say home ownership is important to them, according to a new Century 21 survey.

More People Choosing to Live Alone



Recent figures from the National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers 2012 shows that one quarter of all home purchases last year were bought by single people, and interestingly twice as many single women purchased property as single men. In comparison, in 1970, people living alone accounted for just 17% of households.
