The 22 year old singer’s new home, which includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is quite an unusual style for the western seaboard – New England classic-colonial.

Ms. Swift’s charming new estate features an olde-English style living room with an open fireplace, an elegant if slightly formal dining room, a study/library, and a delightfully cozy kitchen, incorporating high-gloss counter tops, an old farmhouse-style sink, glass-fronted cabinets and stylish wooden floorboards, according to an exclusive report from the RealEstalker website.

The country girl’s new pad looks capable of providing a level of comfort that easily matches what Nashville’s favorite pop starlet is no doubt already used to. The master suite bedroom on the ground floor includes a dressing room extension, spacious walk in closets and two (yes that’s right, two) en suite bathrooms.

The property also includes 3 guest bedrooms – one small room downstairs and two very spacious rooms on the first floor, as well as extensive gardens, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a driveway that's so long it could probably do with its own highway patrol.

Big-spending Swift had only just recently purchased another multi-million dollar abode a few weeks ago, buying a swish mansion for her parents back in her home town of Nashville, Tennessee.
A source close to the pop start told us that Swift intends to remain in Nashville as her primary home.
