Tazar.com to offer 100% commission to its real estate agents

Online real estate bazaar Tazar.com is making an ambitious play with the launch of a new program aimed at ensuring higher commissions for real estate pros in the Boston and New England, Massachusetts region.

100-percent-commissions

Tazar’s new program will allow associate real estate agents to keep one hundred percent of the commissions they earn on each and every sale. The program also eliminates desk fees and franchise fees, as well as long-term contracts and non-competes.

Tazar.com is an uprising, vivacious website that will transform the real estate industry. Over the years, it has taken time to study clients’ demands in relation to the real estate business. This has given it an opportunity to provide products and services that will please the customer in every way. The main areas where Tazar.com is trying to transform the industry are: giving clients detailed information relating to real estates, helping proficient people in building their businesses and generating extra value for real estates in neighboring markets.

The company’s offer is quite significant because it claims that the standard deal regarding commissions in the Boston, MA area is 50/50, with real estate agents picking up just half their earnings and the other half going to the broker. Some agents do earn more than this, but according to Tazar, the percentage who do is “very low”.

According to Tazar, agents are the main factor behind any successful real estate business. As such, by paying a higher commission it hopes to retain only the best real estate pros who provide the best possible service to their customers.

“We hope to keep the new program available for all experienced agents as long as we can,” said Tazar in a statement. It added that all agents who’re approved of the 100 percent commission rate will be locked into that deal so long as they remain employed by Tazar.com.
