They have so far incorporated links to informational posts on home buying and selling as well as videos and questions into their updates to encourage discussion amongst their followers.
The National Association of REALTORS is America’s largest trade association, representing 1.1 million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. They share links to news items that help real estate professionals stay current on their industry.
Realtor.com puts real estate listings for millions of homes for sale at your fingertips in regions across the United States and Canada. They share links to their blog posts, images of featured properties, and videos from their YouTube channel.
Zillow is a real estate marketplace where homeowners, buyers, sellers, renters, real estate agents and mortgage professionals find and share vital information about homes and mortgages. They share links from their blogs about the current news and developments on their network with their community.
The Advocate Group Real Estate use a focused consumer-centric approach and creates custom-tailored services for their selective base of sellers and buyers. They have so far added photos to their profile to showcase press & credentials, plus they re-share posts by their team about industry related events.
National Association of Home Builders represents the housing industry, the dream of home ownership, and helps promote policies that make housing a national priority. Their photostrip is a visual representation of their tagline about making the dream of home ownership a reality, and their posts will keep you up to date on the latest in home buying news.
Realty Executives Phoenix help realtors do what they do best - help people buy and sell real estate. They use their motto as their tagline: Where the experts are. Their updates include a bit of everything from their latest blog posts, events around the office, and interviews they have done with other blogs and business experts.
Foreclosure Homes For Sale has the most comprehensive and up-to-date database of foreclosed homes for sale including preforeclosure leads, short sales, real estate auctions, and much more. Their updates include the latest news in relation to foreclosures and other real estate articles.
Luxury Home Magazine shares the world's finest homes and top real estate agents representing them with the goal of being a resource for publishers, clients, and their clients as well. Phoenix Real Estate Guy is a page devoted to the real estate blog for the masses that focuses on Phoenix but still has great information for anyone interested in real estate including buyers, sellers, investors, agents, and brokers. It would be interesting to do a comparison to see the activity on their facebook pages vs their Google+ page. In other words, if I already follow them on Facebook should I also follow them on Google+
