A new home search app called HomeASAP is rolling out to real estate agents this week to take on heavyweights like Zillow and Trulia.
When designing HomeASAP, company founder and CEO Mark Bloomfield knew he'd have to come up with something that could provide an even better experience for agents and consumers than his better known rivals, and it appears he's done exactly that. According to internal studies, 80 percent of consumers say they prefer the HomeASAP app compared to the nation's leading real estate portals, and now agents agree too.
“I love my Homeasap home search,” said Thomas Hammond, a realtor for Watson Real Estate in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. “It gives my prospects a much simpler and more effective way to search for homes, anywhere.”

This positive response is exactly what Bloomfield, a technologist with 13 patents to his name, was looking for.

In response to this early interest, HomeASAP is now being offered to all 450,000 agents in the company's free-to-join Real Estate Agent Directory on Facebook. The app offers a number of benefits and features, including branded IDX websites for each agents, with no advertising clutter. It offers active listings with updates every 15 minutes, integrated and mobile-responsive search capabilities,and integrated map search technology that allows users to define the exact area they want to search, without being restricted by arbitrary zip codes.
