Award-Winning Marketing Director Joins Local Luxury Homebuilder

High-profile, custom homebuilder Sitterle Homes recently recruited award-winning marketing director Lynn Berzins as their new marketing manager.

The high-profile San Antonio homebuilder was looking for talented people to join their successful team, and they found it in Lynn Berzins. She has more than 12 years’ experience in marketing new homes for a top three publicly traded national homebuilder, privately held homebuilders, a master-planned community developer and a leading advertising/public relations agency.

Before joining Siterle Homes, Berzins worked at Centex Homes as a marketing director for five years. She led a team that increased sales and decreased marketing costs at a time when outside media costs were rapidly rising. Berzins also created an e-newsletter, implemented and advertising and traffic measurement system and opened more than 50 model homes.
