They just like to do what ever used to do, so in this case the poor buyer trust the agent, then imagin what is going happen in future. Or ,sometimes or I should say most of the time buyer try to save the money from inspection and go for the cheapest price. I wonder how that few hundreds can save thousand and thousand of the home cost??!!
