The relocation is necessary as Adesto Technologies, who are the leading developer of Conductive Bridging RAM (CBRAM) technology, are expanding from the company's previous location at 1221 Innsbruck Drive in Sunnyvale. This new location is a single-storey Class A Office building featuring custom interiors and a laboratory, enabling the company to optimize its space usage more efficiently, and to support its research and development needs. The relocation should be complete by September 2011.

CresaPartners exclusively represent tenants and is the nation’s largest largest corporate real estate advisory firm, and it has numerous Californian offices at locations which include San Francisco, San Jose, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego and Sacramento. By representing only tenants, the firm is able to provide a highly objective service without the risk of any conflicts of interest. CresaPartners' advisers and project managers aim to form partnerships with clients in order to provide them with an ongoing service.

The firm specializes in delivering fully integrated real estate services and was formed in 1993 when regional tenant representation firms, the majority of whom had at least 20 years’ experience within their chosen markets, decided to join forces giving them greater scope to provide better services for present and future clients. Its headquarters are in Boston, and due to CresaPartners alliance with Savills, who are one of the world's largest commercial real estate services firms, it is able to cover more than 255 locations in 40 different countries.
