Dave Momper of REMAX Executives in Tulsa has been named as the 2012 President of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR) during the Association’s Realtor Celebration banquet which was held on October 13 in Norman, Oklahoma.

Momper has been a REMAX broker/owner since 1989, and has been in the real estate industry for over 33 years. He is a native of Tulsa and has served on numerous committees over the years, and as President of both the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® and NORES, the multi-list system that covers the Tulsa metro and Bartlesville areas. His real estate office has the distinction of being named the Children’s Miracle Network Office of the Year for their fundraising efforts for the Children’s Hospital at St Francis in Tulsa.
The President Elect, Joe Pryor, is an Oklahoma native and has been a Realtor for the past 22 years. Joe is a member of the Edmond board of REALTORS® and has served on numerous committees. He was a board director for three years and has held every office at Edmond which includes being president this year. Last year he received their Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition he is currently serving a second three-year term on the Oklahoma City MLS Board and has been a State Director for OAR for three years. He also finds the time to teach real estate classes for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and holds for designations including Certified Residential Specialist and has been a speaker at the CRS National Convention.

The Treasurer is Mary Terry of Mary Terry & Associates in Ada. She was born and raised in Ada, has been an active member of the Ada Board of REALTORS®, has served on numerous committees at OAR, and was District 3 Vice President from 2005 to 2009. She has received many honors over the years which include being named as REALTOR® of the Year in 2007, President in 2003, Vice President in 2002 and Associate of the Year in 1997 at the Ada board of REALTORS®.

Kacy Bell of Keller Williams Realty in Tulsa is Secretary; she holds the Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Residential Broker designations and has served on many OAR committees including Professional Standards, Strategic Planning, Legislative and Finance.

These Realtors will take office in January 2012 and will represent 8,500 members of OAR in meetings concerning the industry at both a regional and national level.
Just a clarification: under Joe Pryor's photo he's named as "outgoing" president; he is our 2012 president-elect (president in 2013).
