ERA Grizzard Real Estate is a leading Central Florida full-service brokerage and a top performing company in the ERA® network. It recently announced that it has merged with Total Realty Corp. a market leader in Volusia County, Florida.

Total Realty Corp. was under the leadership of broker/owner Cynthia DeLuca. The company has five offices and more than 100 independent sales associates and achieved more than $150 million in sales volume last year. The merger with ERA Grizzard Real Estate will significantly increase the company’s operations, bringing the total number of offices to 11 and the total number of agents to nearly 300. Additionally the new merger will create a contiguous six county service area spanning Volusia, Seminole, Marion, Sumter, Lake and Orange counties. This should help fuel a robust internal referral pipeline.

Last year ERA Grizzard opened a new office location in Orlando and the company is focused on increasing service area and scope which has resulted in a consistent ranking as a REAL Trends 500 company. The newly formed organisation was responsible for 3382 transactions accounting for nearly half $1 billion of sales volume last year. This would have ranked the company 208th in REAL Trends 500 companies by size.

Recently the company also received top marks from Cartus for its excellence in serving relocation clients and recognising the team’s commitment towards providing exemplary customer service.

Cynthia DeLuca is an award-winning and nationally recognised real estate educator and has joined ERA Grizzard Real Estate leadership team as a Director of Learning. She will ever reach her knowledge to help affiliated sales associates increase productivity and gain market share.
