HAP Investments Announces SuperFi Emporium as Ground Floor Retail Tenant at 2211 Third Avenue

By Press Release | January 2, 2018

HAP Investments, a New York based international real estate investment and development company, announced that SuperFi Emporium will be occupying the 13,000 square foot ground floor retail space at their East Harlem Development 2211 Third Avenue. The building recently hosted a ribbon cutting and opening ceremony to celebrate its completion on November 7th.

2211 Third Avenue, strategically located on the corner of 121st Street and Third Avenue and designed in collaboration with Fischer + Makooi, is in the heart of East Harlem, one of the most rapidly transitioning neighborhoods in Manhattan. The addition of SuperFi Emporium to the building’s commercial space will further cement 2211 Third Avenue as the ideal residential building in the area.

“2211 Third Avenue is a unique residential building and a great addition to this East Harlem neighborhood,” said Eran Polack, CEO, HAP Investments. “With the addition of SuperFi Emporium, we are certain the building will be the most sought after rental destination in East Harlem.”

Rental prices at 2211 Third Avenue range from $2,100 for a studio, $2,500 for a one bedroom, and $3,750 for a two bedroom. The building features a doorman, elevator, fitness center, roof-deck, terraces, private storage, bike room, on-site parking, and in-unit washers/dryers
“We are thrilled to be the retail tenant at 2211 Third Avenue,” said Anthony Reynoso, General Manager at SuperFi Emporium. “2211 Third Avenue is a great addition to the area, and we look forward to being the go-to supermarket for the tenant community as well as the rest of the East Harlem neighborhood.”

The building is located in close proximity to East River Plaza, Costco, and Target, as well as local schools, universities, and hospitals. Thomas Jefferson Park is walking distance, which has a public pool and recreation center. The property is also located close to the 4, 5, and 6 subway lines and the 125th street Metro-North train station. In addition to its prime location, the building offered 22 of its stunning units as part of New York City’s Affordable Housing program.

HAP Investments has been very active in Upper Manhattan and the East Harlem areas with properties including: 419 East 117th Street, 2338 2nd Avenue, 247-249 East 117th Street, and 329 Pleasant Avenue. In 2013, the company purchased a major development site at 215 West 28th Street in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. Last year, HAP closed on a development site at Journal Square in Jersey City, New Jersey, to be known as “500 Summit Avenue.”
