To celebrate the upcoming 2016 NFL Draft, CityRealty took a look at what the last five #1 draft picks could buy in NYC vs. their home cities. For example, Jameis Winston could have bought a 5-bedroom NYC apartment for his starting salary of $25.4 million, or he could have bought 107 homes in Tampa, Florida.

In addition, CityRealty found that the total starting salaries of all the 2015 NFL draft picks ($1.06 billion) is enough to buy all of the condos in the new Tribeca conversion, Ralph Walker Tribeca, at 100 Barclay Street.
