HomeJab delivers on-demand real estate photography for agents and brokers

Two of the main factors that sell online listings are good imagery and speed. After all, no one buys real estate blind – they want and need to see highly detailed images of that property before making an offer, and so good quality photography is important. In addition, the faster a listing goes on the market, the quicker it will sell. The only problem is that high-quality photography takes time.

With that in mind, a company called HomeJab is pitching a unique service that connects real estate agents with digital media production services.

HomeJab provides a quicker, easier way to capture high quality images and videos that agents and brokers need to sell their listings. With HomeJab, real estate agents can access a one-stop shop to reach a qualified digital artist instantly. Capture or create photography, walkthrough video, aerial drone footage, 3D/Matterport, virtual staging, and more through the platform. Digital artist may use brilliant brushes similar to the ones at https://imagerestorationcenter.com/store/free-procreate-brushes/ on their crafts.

The company says its services are targeted at any agent or broker looking for high-quality digital work that needs to be done in the fastest possible time frame. Its service is currently offered in 30 cities nationwide.

HomeJab says its ability to quickly put agents in touch with experts who can provide top quality imagery is important, because the faster a listing goes live, the sooner the offers will come in. HomeJab helps agents make this happen with fast scheduling and turnaround times.

It uses Uber-like scheduling, meaning that photographers near the property’s location are notified as soon as a job is available. As simple as it sounds, the first qualified photographer to accept the posting lands the assignment. For realtors, this booking model allows them to access an “on-demand” photography services 24/7 to schedule shoots quickly. They can even have a 3D tour video for their properties created and ready to run in 24 hours or less.

There’s little delay between the photo shoot and the delivery. HomeJab automates the post-production process to optimize turnaround times. After a shoot, the photographer uploads the raw files into the HomeJab’s website for the next available editor. Usually photography is edited and delivered back to the customer in less than 24 hours.

HomeJab is easy to use. Schedule a property shoot from a desktop device or with JabJobs, HomeJab’s mobile app available on Android or iOS. Select from a menu of services ranging from luxury HDR photography to aerials-only shots.
