Platinum Properties Named as Exclusive Sales and Marketing Rep for 54 Stone Street

Platinum Properties, a real estate firm based in Wall Street have just been named as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the penthouse at 54 Stone Street. This penthouse has the distinction of being the second largest apartment currently for sale in the Financial District.

The top floor 4300 ft.² duplex apartment is being handled by Daniel Hedaya, President of Platinum Properties, along with Christopher Mitchell. The duplex apartment has three bedrooms and four and a half baths, and is being listed at $3.495 million.

It's certainly a spectacular residence as it features high ceilings, hardwood oak strip flooring, more than 75 recessed lights and exposed brick. The apartment features a full kitchen downstairs with stainless steel appliances, while there is a secondary kitchen/wet bar upstairs. Additional features include a video intercom system and private keyed direct elevator access. The 1300 ft.² private outdoor terrace offers incredible views across Lower Manhattan.

54 Stone is a pre-war, seven unit condominium building, located in a cobblestoned street. It offers convenient access to several subway lines and is perfectly located for several well-known restaurants including Stone Street Tavern and Ulysses.

Platinum Properties was established in 2005 and now employs more than 60 agents. The company has represented buyers in many prestigious residential sales, including the final three penthouse units at the Trump World Tower which was a transaction worth $33.7 million. One of its most recent transactions was the $9.9 million sale of an oceanfront triplex penthouse apartment at The Continuum Tower in Miami Beach.
