Real estate tech firm ReTraxx has received an overwhelming response from investors following last week's release of its real estate investment lead technology.
The launch had far exceeded ReTraxx's expectations, said company CEO and lead software engineer Bill Osborne in a statement.
“The phones were ringing and emails were pouring in,” Osbourne said. “It's the best product launch we've had to-date.”
Asked why the new product, called Property Leads Pro, had been so successful, Osbourne attributed it to several factors, the biggest being demand from investors to receive sellers leads in a timely fashion.
“We continuously scan more than a dozen top websites for keywords vital to the investor community,” Osbourne explained. “We're extremely happy that Property Leads Pro has been embraced so quickly by the industry.”
Property Leads Pro works by targeting major real estate listings sites, seeking out properties that are good fits for investors. Investors who have signed up will receive a license exclusive for their market area, with email updates being sent out every 15 minutes.
Osbourne said this “market exclusivity” was one of the key features behind Property Leads Pro's early popularity, though it was a difficult choice including it.
“I hate saying 'no' to anyone, but we also understand the value of being the first to know about a potential opportunity,” he explained. “The industry told us what they wanted and I feel like we delivered. The early results certainly seem to indicate that.”
For now, Property Leads Pro is only available to serve U.S.-based investors, though the company is looking at expanding to other nations in the future.
