Real Estate Client Prep Launched

A new automated and agent branded tool, Real Estate Client Prep, has just been launched to help realtors persuade sellers to prep their homes properly.

Real Estate Client Prep (RECP) is a Richmond, Virginia based company, and was founded by a realtor with 22 years’ experience who is passionate about getting sellers to prep their homes properly prior to putting them on the market.

It can be quite a delicate subject for realtors to broach with their clients, especially if the house is exceptionally messy or there are a lot of pets. This new tool does the dirty work for them.

RECP is a video series that helps educate clients on the best way to prep their homes, giving them a better chance of achieving a quicker and higher-priced sale. It's all fully automated and is sent to clients in the form of agent branded e-mails delivered daily over seven days.

Each video is around 5 minutes long and offers bite-size chunks of easy to understand information. It gently guides home sellers through the process of tidying up their yard, sorting out tatty decor and getting rid of unwanted clutter.

All the information is imparted in a fun and humorous way, but the underlying message is serious, and offers valuable information that viewers need to hear. It helps alleviate the need for costly home staging, and more importantly those tricky conversations.

Realtors can sign up for a reasonably priced monthly membership which gives them a personalized web form for their website. This enabled them to sign up clients, or for clients to sign themselves up.

Clients will then receive the automated videos, and will also have access to downloadable checklists which will help them prep their homes. It's a win-win situation for everyone, and will help make every precious viewing count.
