Real estate CRM platform Chime provides 6 ways to gather leads

By Mike Wheatley | December 5, 2016

Real estate agents spend a lot of money on software that’s able to generate them significant new leads. But not only that, they need software that helps them to manage those leads, with everything else being a bonus, more or less.

Launched last August, Chime is a new kind of CRM platform for the real estate industry that helps agents to streamline their business while acquiring and managing fresh leads. What’s great about Chime is that it offers six different features for collecting and managing new leads, which have been revamped based on user feedback.

1. Auto drip

This feature lets users create parameters for new leads, and fire off an automated response via email or SMS. It’s possible to define leads and automatically insert them into a drip campaign based on source or team assignment.

2. Lead routing

With Chime’s most recent update, the lead routing capability has been made more granular, assigning leads based on their type, an agent’s average response time, homebuying budget and ZIP code.

3. Integration with MailChimp

MailChimp is an industry standard email marketing tool, and the two platforms now integrate seamlessly, allowing for contacts to be shared between both systems.

4. Reporting

Chime’s revamped reporting dashboard is more focused on quickly and easily sharing the information that matters most. It’s also packed full of stats that can be viewed at a glance, including agents’ communication habits and response times, lead sources, revenues, performance, daily lead growth and other data.

5. The command center

Another aspect of the new dashboard is the way it clearly displays a user’s unfinished tasks or outstanding replies. It also offers a color-coded schema and other tools for filtering leads, messages and tasks.

6. Open-house registration

Chime now comes with a registration tool for open-houses that’s able to collect the names and other data from visitors, giving you even more leads.

Chime works well, it’s a solid real estate CRM platform targeted at big teams and tech-savvy brokers looking to gain a clear advantage over their rival firms.
