Social media platforms offer clients a convenient way to get in contact and the informal style is especially appealing to younger users which can be important for firms wishing to increase their client list in the 25-35 age bracket. Satisfied clients are also able to share their reviews online using social media and can link to your page. This allows their connections and friends to see the endorsement and to follow the link to your business. The article makes the very important point not to underestimate the power of word of mouth reviews, as many people rely on their social network for recommendations on just about every service imaginable.
