According to the below infographic from Maximillion, a large number of event organizers have found tremendous success, using social media to promote their events. What is remarkable is that the same principles can be used to promote any business - be it real estate, retail or technology. While Facebook remains the most preferred platform for promoting international events, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube are at the second, third and fourth spots respectively.
