Ryan Homes has announced the building of new single-family homes at Summers Walk in Davidson, North Carolina. Summers Walk homes will start in the low $220’s and will be located in the small town of Davidson, about 20 miles north of Charlotte in northern Mecklenburg County.
Homes at Summers Walk will feature as many as six bedrooms, up to five full bathrooms, and include floorplans for one, two, and three-level homes. Other options include a 2-car garage with carriage style doors, up to 4,000 square feet of space, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and first-floor guest suites.
Ryan Homes promises to reduce monthly utility bills by as much as 30 percent by complying with ENERGY STAR standards. Some of the standard energy-saving features in Ryan Homes are insulated exterior doors, low-e coated glass windows, ENERGY STAR appliances, ICP air conditioning systems, programmable thermostats, insulated basements, house wrap to protect from air and moisture infiltration, and carpeting from fully recycled N-6 nylon fiber.
