A lot of online marketing methods to use in real estate such as setting up squeeze pages for automated lead generation ,integrating these pages with your print ads, driving local traffic to these pages to generate leads, marketing your properties and business to mobile users, or using local PPC on Google, etc.

Seems as if most agent are caught in a time warp. Great article really like the comment about “net result of these mini-local presences will be far greater than the huge “we have all of the listings” sites”.
