The Newest Plumbing Technologies You May Not Have Heard of Yet.

The world of technology is ever-changing. It is an aspect of human life that we simply cannot overlook. After all, it’s because of our ability to invent and innovate, as well as improve, that we are able to survive and even dominate the world we live in. Naturally, our love for technology lives in our blood and bones. We will always want the latest “toy”.

And well, as real estate professionals, we can definitely use that desire for anything new to our advantage. How exactly? Simple.

You wow your prospective buyers with the latest technologies.

It may come to the point that even if your buyer thinks they might not need the added technologies, their human nature—their curiosity to see what’s so neat about the new tech—might just lead them toward wanting to buy the house you’re selling.

Naturally, you’re going to want to know what exactly it is you want to sell them. And you might ask, why plumbing? Of all aspects of a house, why plumbing?

Well. You should start with the most uninteresting parts of the house to give your buyer a sense of what to look forward to.

“If the plumbing system is already pretty high-tech, I wonder what the other parts of the house would be like.”

And even if some of the houses you’re selling don’t come equipped with these features, expert plumbers  are more than qualified to install these features or equivalent, for you.

So, without further ado, these are the most recent plumbing technologies that could make the houses you sell more enticing!

Motion-Activated Water Fixtures

Imagine being able to activate your faucet just by putting your hand beneath it. While this may seem like nothing more than a gimmick, you’ll be surprised at how dirty faucet handles are, especially when our hands are dirty as they turn the handle, and presumably clean when we switch the faucet off. We’re merely transferring the dirt, washing our hands, and reacquiring some of the dirt we left on the faucet handle. If you're considering installing a brand new faucet for your kitchen or bathroom, You can find an honest review on this website. I've bought and test-driven every model before writing a review. Additionally, for the majority of all models, I've also considered my family and friends informing the review. Check out more on Faucet Post.

Tankless Water Heaters
Tankless water heaters have been around for quite some time, but they have been becoming more common in the average household lately. This technology makes use of heated pipe (heated through the gas or electric burners) to deliver a steady and always-ready supply of hot water.

Self-Maintaining Toilets
These toilets come equipped with waste-repellent coating and they also clean themselves. Because nobody likes to scrub toilets.

Touch-Activated Showers
The practicality of such an innovation maybe lost in how frivolous it may seem, but it does make sense in the long run where you no longer have to bother with replacing shower knobs ever so often.

Water-saving stainless steel valves, for example, that interact with smart washing machines are a great feature that millennials will want in their homes.

Smart Appliance Inter-compatibility
Given the recent rise of the smart home, and the fact that most of your clients are going to be part of the millennial cohort (who happen to be crazy for these types of homes), a plumbing system that works well with smart appliances is a sure hit.
