Yes, we're talking about the glut of mobile real estate apps that are so easily available today.

And while these apps might not make your final home buying decisions much easier, they do offer flexibility, speed, and incredible convenience. To help you decide which one is best for you, here is a list of the top 10 real estate mobile apps.

1. Zillow

With its comprehensive services and incredible search tools, Zillow has become one of the best known real estate apps in the world. Zillow allows you to search for homes by type, region, features and price. It also includes a number of valuable social tools, all of which allow you to be part of a network of realtors, landlords, and other buyers.

2. Trulia

The Trulia app also provides filtered searches for potential buyers. Additionally, it gives users access to video tours and photos, along with important information about the surrounding neighborhoods. A relative unknown among real estate apps, Dwellr is incredibly useful for home buyers to looking to move across the country. 8. Realtor.com

The Realtor.com app helps you find local properties that might otherwise slip through your fingers.
