A few things to consider:

1. Redfin did it – like GM saying now’s a great time to buy a truck
2. The study is based upon closed sales. Those closing in “winter” usually contract 45-70 days earlier
3. Remind me again how a NATIONWIDE study applies to anything

NAR is expected to endorse this and remind the nation that it’s a great time to buy or sell real estate
