Residence by Armani/Casa named best sale center by NAHB

Sunny Isles Beach, FL (February 1, 2017) – Dezer Development and The Related Group are pleased to announce that Residences by Armani/Casa’s spectacular oceanfront design center was recognized as the 2016 Best Sales Center by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards. Exclusively designed by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio under the artistic direction of Giorgio Armani, the center showcases the globally acclaimed brand’s first foray into the U.S. real estate market.

NAHB’s Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards highlights creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace. The Pillars awards are held in high esteem by top-level multifamily development companies, management firms and experts in the field.

“It is a great honor to receive NAHB’s top recognition and a testament to the fact that Residences by Armani/Casa’s design center is unlike anything that’s currently on display in the market. Buyers receive a one-of-a-kind, up-close opportunity to experience what it’s like to live in one of our residences,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “The sophisticated design and superlative features are overall reflections of the understated elegance and unrivalled lifestyle that will be offered at Residences by Armani/Casa.”

The exquisite 8,500-square-foot design center reflects Giorgio Armani's aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality with rich textiles and furnishings designed by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio.

Featuring extensive floor-to-ceiling windows, the model unit also displays the remarkable views of the Atlantic Ocean that the tower will offer.

“We place immense importance on even the smallest details at each of our jobs and so it is extremely gratifying to see our efforts be recognized by the NHAB,” said Eric Fordin, Related Group Vice President and project manager for Residences by Armani/Casa. “We are working around the clock to ensure the finished product matches the level of excellence seen at our gorgeous sales center and look forward to raising the bar for luxury real estate in Miami.”

Beyond its interior magnificence, the Residences by Armani/Casa design center features an unsurpassable outdoor environment accented by a 7,500-square-foot terrace that will allow homebuyers to fully immerse themselves in the breathtaking views and idyllic pleasures afforded by an oceanfront lifestyle. The natural splendor of the water is further complemented by an 11,000-square-foot beachfront garden oasis designed by the tower’s award-winning Swiss landscape artist, Enzo Enea, as well as monumental sculptures by internationally-acclaimed artists, Sandro Chia and Boaz Vaadia.
