FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, will provide property management services to the Brandon Farms Property Owners Association in Pennington, N.J.
Brandon Farms Property Owners Association is a 1,293-unit, planned urban development, comprised of single family homes, flat-on-flat condominiums and townhouses. The addition of the Property Owners Association expands FirstService Residential’s presence in Mercer County. The company will now provide management to Brooks Crossing, Klockner Farms, Drakes Mill, Bakers Mill, Thompson Grove, Smith Crossing, Mershon Chase, Twin Pines, Four Seasons at Brandon Farms and long-time client Brandon Farms Condominium Association.
