Landlord Studio launches mobile app for property managers

For years, property managers have been restricted to using software that’s only compatible with desktop computers. But that’s about to change with the news that Landlord Studio is launching a new, mobile friendly version of its property management software that allows landlords to manage properties, tenants, payments and other items on the go.

Landlord Studio says its rebuilt its software for the Android and iOS platforms, as well as the desktop. What’s more, each type of device can communicate seamlessly with one another, meaning landlords can manage their properties from the office and also while they’re out and about.

Landlord Studio’s new mobile first approach has taken priority over the desktop, with heaps of care taken to ensure every feature and functionality is easily accessible from the smaller screen. The desktop website app has also been redesigned so that the most important features and details are most prominent.

The new mobile app comes with an intuitive dashboard, from which landlords can log rental payments, check payment history, view upcoming rents, set up recurring expenses, take photos of receipts and save them, set reminders, export data to Excel, send emails and much more.

The app also allows landlords to generate a PDF report for documenting expenses, which could be useful for things like tax reports or providing financial data to potential investors. It’s fair to say that landlords can now do pretty much anything they need to manage their properties, directly from the Landlord Studio app.

The company is also offering a free, 30-day trial for landlords interested in trying out its app or website. Following that trial, users can sign up for a subscription, with pricing as low as 50 cents per unit per month, amounting to just $6 a year for one unit.
