We all love the fresh smell and smooth feel of a brand new phone. Its scratch-less screen and thin streamline body sits snuggled in your hand whilst you contemplate whether or not to take off the protective screen cover.

The feel of new technology and slick touch screen smartphones have become the norm as their role has developed from the days of mere phone calls and texting. From sat-navs and online gaming, to ‘Facetime’ and internet browsing, the smartphone has become an essential part of the way we interact, learn and entertain ourselves in this modern day and age.

A Part Of Our Lives

But smartphones, like everything else, are not perfect and many users have experienced a whole host of problems. Whilst sometimes the odd smashed screen can be avoided, other more internal problems have been a burden for many customers as they look to justify the high prices and expensive mobile contracts.

Technology is as much a part of our lives as the people within it. We rely on it to socialise, for assistance and to un-complicate the world we live in. So it’s no surprise that when smartphones fails to function, the inconvenience it causes to our lives really does leave people lost.

If you do experience a problem with your smartphone, your first thought may be to send it back to your manufacturer. This can be a costly, lengthy and untimely process which is why many people choose to attain the services of smartphone repair specialists. Finding a trusted specialist who offers value for your money really is worth looking into. And remember, cheap isn’t always cheery.

So what are the most common problems people have found with their smartphones?

One - Battery Live

Constant internet connection, intricate technologies and state-of-the-art software means that our smartphones really are ‘buzzing’ with activity. Whilst, no-one expects the world, the short and demising battery life of some smartphones really has left consumers asking questions. ‘Life-saving’ settings and app closures are a few ways to save your battery, but eyebrows are still raised.

Two - Mapping Systems

The problematic launch of Apples new mapping system did not go unnoticed as critics and the media highlighted the obvious and unforgivable flaws. Inaccuracies and flaws really shouldn’t exist on software that prides itself on giving locality and direction to the lives of many, so make sure your software is regularly updated.

Three - Smashed Screen

Even the most careful of hands are prone to mistakes - a certain David Seamen rings a bell! So it’s no surprise that some smartphones often suffer external damage. Arguably the most common of smartphone repairs, the ease at which some screen become scratched, scuffed and smashed has got many people asking why smartphone screens are not tougher. With flexible screens on the horizon, this could the answer we are looking for.

Four - Internet Connection

Wi-Fi. 3G. 4G. The internet surrounds us. So why is it that some smartphone users regularly suffer a loss of or weakened internet connection? From work to personal use, many people rely on the internet connection of their smartphone which is why, it is one of life’s little annoyances when, in this day and age, we still face such internet problems.

With 4G still in its honeymoon period, the next few months will see many networks switch to a faster, more responsive form of internet browsing.  From antennae complications to ineffective Wi-Fi, getting your smartphone seen to could be the answer.

Smarter Smartphones

Smartphone technology continues to sprint forward at a rate that constantly brings us new ideas and innovative-thinking. Whilst accidents, flaws and inconveniences are unavoidable, they are all a part of the learning process as manufactures strive to adhere to our problems. Only be voicing them will we see an improvement.
