Sellers can also reach out to potential buyers whose search criteria match their home’s details. The easy-to-navigate instant message platform allows buyers and sellers to make better-informed decisions, solve issues more quickly and ultimately streamline the transaction. Both buyers and sellers are free to turn the feature off at any time.
