Cervera Real Estate’s leadership recently held a cocktail reception to welcome new agents onto the team.

The reception was held at the sophisticated Kyma Lounge at the EPIC Residences and Hotel in Brickell, and it provided the ideal opportunity for the new agents to network over wine and hors d’oeuvres.  Top of the agenda were reasons for joining Cervera, and the part played by Cervera’s commercial department in leasing Kyma Lounge.

Cervera has been a major presence in the Miami real estate market for over forty years, and is especially active in the marketing and sale of luxury condominiums in the downtown Miami area, South Beach and Bal Harbour. Over the years, Cervera has been responsible for selling and closing over 63,000 units in more than sixty two condominium units.

The success of Cervera can be attributed to their clear vision which has enabled the company to successfully navigate the ups and downs of the real estate market in Miami. Their aim has always been to build long-term relationships based on their in-depth knowledge of the market. Cervera’s integrity and commitment to every project means they can uniquely position each development within the market to maximise sales within the shortest possible time period.

Looking forward to success: The Cervera leadership and their new agents

The Cervera family are very much hands on, with founder Alicia Cervera Sr., President Alicia Cervera Lamadrid and CEO Veronica Cervera Goesekeare still being very much involved, ensuring its continuing solid reputation. They have carefully built up a professional and multi-lingual sales team who are able to put prospective clients at their ease. They are so successful that much of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
