Pro.com is in the multibillion-dollar local services industry, working to connect reputable local contractors with consumers and real estate agents. On August 4, at the Inman Connect Conference, Pro.com introduced Premier Home Services, a technology platform designed specifically for real estate agents looking to maintain relationships with their past, current, and potential clients.

Premier Home Services simplifies the home improvement process for an agent’s client as they prepare their house for sale or make upgrades after purchase. Pro.com has over 400,000 branded agent sites already live. The service helps agents streamline the booking and management process of home repairs for clients, and includes a dashboard that shares insights into a past client’s likelihood to sell or buy a home.

At the Heart of Premier Home Services

“We take the hassle out of pricing home projects and finding a Pro nationwide for any size job,” said Matt Williams, CEO and founder of Pro.com. “With Premier Home Services, we’ve made it convenient for agents to solve any client home repair or improvement need while providing them with valuable data to grow their business.”

Premier Home Services is offered as a free service through the end of this year to real estate agents who sign up during the month of August.

Features include:

  • Client Marketing: Pro.com distributes agent-branded content, including home improvement tips and ideas, straight into the inboxes of past and present clients. With this monthly outreach, agents can easily add value before and after a home transaction, fostering a lasting relationship.
  • Personalized Website: as a Premier Home Services member, every agent is provided with a personalized website that is updated automatically with home improvement content, instant price quotes on projects, and immediate access to prequalified professionals.
  • Analytics Dashboard: the service arms agents with insights based on how their clients interact with the platform. Agents can learn whether any given client may be getting ready to buy or sell based on the website activity, such as assessing the value of their home, or researching home improvement projects.
  • VIP Access to Home Professionals: agents have instant access to Pro.com’s network of service providers, granting clients on-demand access to the right professional who can quickly complete any project, large or small.

Pro.com Has Strong Backing

Led by former Digg CEO and Amazon executive Matt Williams, the company raised $3.5 million in seed funding from backers including Andreessen Horowitz, Madrona, Redpoint, and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos’ private investment fund, Bezos Expeditions. Post seed funding, the company has raised an additional $14 million from venture capital firms Madrona Venture Group and Maveron. Pro.com is based in Seattle, WA and was founded in 2013 by a group of service industry entrepreneurs and former Amazon executives.

Pro.com is a leader in pricing a home project, finding a trusted home improvement pro, and scheduling an appointment, all in a matter of minutes. Available throughout the U.S. in 5,500+ cities, Pro.com provides customers immediate estimates (pre-estimates) for any home service request.

Real estate agents wanting free access for the remainder of the year can sign up at Premier Home Services.
