Katy Real Estate Agent Earns Luxury Home Distinction

Mary Kiesewetter

Mary Kiesewetter, a real estate agent with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors office in Katy was recently awarded the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation by the Luxury Home Council.

Tracey Bogiel, manager of the Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors office in Katy commented that Kiesewetter has a wealth of market knowledge, saying “Mary often puts a buyer and seller together before her listings ever hit the market. Her clients appreciate her immense loyalty and dependability.”

Agents who have gained the right to display the ALHS logo have undergone extensive training to gain expertise in the luxury home market place. In order to be accepted into the Luxury Home Council, Kiesewetter was required to successfully complete the ALHS course as well as representing a buyer or seller in at least two transactions where the purchase price was more than twice the average sales price. It is also necessary for agents to be in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, and Kiesewetter has now joined an elite membership of top real estate agents throughout the United States.

Members strive to provide exceptional levels of service to affluent clients, and their rigorous education and training enables them to gain a better understanding of the luxury home market and the specific demands of affluent buyers and sellers.
