Stephen Jones Estate to Sell at Multi-Property Absolute Auction

United Country – Coffey Realty and Auction is conducting an absolute, multi-property Internet auction to liquidate the Stephen Jones estate through Thursday, August 8 at 2pm. with a soft close. Buyers will have the opportunity to purchase a multitude of Indiana properties at the price of their choosing.

Jimmie Dean Coffey, CAI, founder, president and chief executive officer of United Country said, “We believe that the multi-property event is one of the best ways to bring properties to the public. This format allows qualified buyers the opportunity to see a variety of available homes and income properties and determine their fair market value through the bidding process. Because these properties must sell, buyers will be able to walk away owning a diverse selection of properties, at their price.”

The event will feature 35 properties including commercial real estate, in-town and country homes, land lots and a mobile home park. The highlighted lot consists of approximately 16 acres featuring 12 buildings totaling 54,586 leasable square feet, of which 73% is currently leased. It also has two vacant buildings and eight mobile home sites. Additional properties include rental homes, vacant land and commercial properties. More details, including photos, terms and conditions can be found on the website.
