Looking through press releases a few minutes ago, I ran across a ONE Sotheby’s International Realty announcement of a dream sale. The record breaking sale of 3500 Curtis Lane in Coconut Grove, according to the news, took only 60 days to close. But beyond this astonishing sales record, there is the “dream factor.”
