Ashton Woods Homes, a builder developer based in Atlanta, Georgia, is planning to undertake new four projects in Southwest Florida by the middle of this summer, according to Sarasota Bay Real Estate. Work on Whitaker Park in Sarasota is due to start during the first quarter of this year.
