In the wake of Abbott Realty Group’s announcement that they will no longer allow third party websites such as Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com to use their listings,is it time that brokers and agents begin to think differently about how the internet is affecting their control of property listings, which are the “bread and butter” of the real estate brokerage business?
